Ejas Sayyed and Lakhan Singh are shocked to know that they have been operated on in the hospital. Ajit, Faisal, and a couple of doctors are involved in selling kidneys of innocent people to rich patients. Arun Ranjan decides to sell his kidney. Dr. Saxena reveals to Arun that he didn't get operated on as his kidney didn't match. Arun Ranjan takes a brave step and also files a police complaint.

Police interrogate Ajit, Dr. Bansal, Dr. Saxena, and Mary Gomes and also try to collect more information from the kidney donors, Ejaz and Lakhan, and receivers, Vivek Sharma and Dinesh Trivedi. Police carry out a search operation for two doctors, Ratan and Varun Kapoor, who had escaped from the clinic just before the raid. Police give a final warning to all those people who are involved in the kidney selling racquet.
