Born and brought up in the vibrant city, she pursued her education at Bishop Cotton Girls' School for schooling, Christ College for pre-university, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBM) from St. Joseph's College of Commerce. Currently settled in Bengaluru, Rachel's journey in the film industry has been marked by notable performances and a promising career trajectory.

Rachel made her cinematic debut in 2019 with the Malayalam film "Irupathiyonnaam Noottaandu," where she played the role of Zaya alongside Pranav Mohanlal. In the same year, she showcased her acting prowess in the lead role in the Malayalam film "Oronnonnara Pranayakadha."
