Early Life and Education

Sreeleela was born to a Telugu family in Detroit and grew up in Bangalore, India. Her mother, Swarnalatha, is a gynecologist based in Bangalore. Despite her background, Sreeleela pursued a career in acting, motivated by her early training in Bharatanatyam dance. As of 2021, she was in the final year of her MBBS studies, demonstrating her dual commitment to both her acting career and medical aspirations. In February 2022, she adopted two disabled children, reflecting her compassionate side.

Sreeleela began her film career with a minor role in Chitrangada (2017), where she portrayed the younger version of Sindhu Tolani's character. Her breakthrough came with the Kannada film Kiss (2019), directed by A. P. Arjun. The film was a commercial success and marked her as a rising star. Her performance was well-received, and critics noted her confidence and presence on screen.

She followed this with another Kannada film, Bharaate (2019), opposite Sriimurali. Her performance was appreciated, with critics acknowledging her growing comfort and skill in acting.
